We rode a bus through some fairly unnerving (for SOME of us at least) roads on our Tundra Wilderness trip.

Speaking of Grizzly...don't make Kay angry...we wouldn't like her if she got angry ;-)

The ONLY day we saw RAIN! It's VERY uncommon for Alaska to have so many SUNNY days like we had.
The weather was fantastic...but the animals liked this rainy day better...therefore we saw MANY more that day!

Fireweed-so named because of the fact that it is one of the first plants
to grow back after a wildfire has swept through an area.
