We rode a bus through some fairly unnerving (for SOME
of us at least) roads on our Tundra Wilderness trip.
This is Polychrome Pass in Denali National Park
THANK YOU, Brenda Fisher for this great photo!

What's THIS WE SEE?
***
Ah yes...if we could just get CLOSER, we could do some MOOSE
goosing! ;-)
***
Oh well...

How many men DOES it take to close a window?

Another Grizzly

Speaking of Grizzly...don't make Kay angry...we wouldn't like
her if she got angry ;-)
***
The ONLY day we saw RAIN! It's VERY uncommon for Alaska to have
so many SUNNY days like we had.
The weather was fantastic...but the animals liked this rainy
day better...therefore we saw MANY more that day!

A Moose Cow

Apparantly she is TRYING to ignore us ;-)

So...on we go!

Ralph and Carolyn Shell

Margie Marcotte and her cousin Mary Collins (I hope I got it
right?)

***
Fireweed-so named because of the fact that it is one of the
first plants
to grow back after a wildfire has swept through an area.
***
Such BEAUTIFUL plant life in Alaska!
